Fees

Fee for one class ranges from 10€ to 15€ depending on the duration, type and drop in or subscription option you choose.

Each teacher has his/her own payment scheme, there is no all-class card.

For more details, please contact the teacher of the class you are interested in.

Material

Shanti home provides a changing room and all yoga materials such as mats, cushion, blankets, belts, bricks & chairs.

You are encouraged for personal hygiene to bring your own mats. 

Location

Shanti Home is located  Rue Darwin 8, 1190 Bruxelles near Place Brugman and “Ma Campagne”, area you can easily reach by public transport :

  • bus 60 (arrêt Brugman)
  • tram 92 (arrêt Darwin)
  • trams 3 & 4 (arrêt Berkendael)

If you are coming by bicycle, you can park it Place Brugman. Please note that bicycles are not allowed in the premises.

Good to know

Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga.
 
Doors are open 15 minutes before the class. Please be on time, arrive at least 5 minutes before class, it will allow you enough time to get settled.
 
Wear loose & confortable clothes for practice.

Try not to eat at least 2-3 hours before practice, yoga is to be practised on a empty stomach.

Please inform your teacher prior to the class about any physical condition they should be aware of (injuries, pregnancy, surgery, periods,  …).
